What data I collect and why:

Contact form submissions

If you use the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, and any message you send. I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. I don't add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.

Analytics

This site uses Squarespace's built-in analytics to understand general visitor behaviour — things like which pages are visited most and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and anonymous; I cannot identify you individually from it.

Cookies

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

As a Belgian-based operator, I process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for processing contact form data is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to your message. If you've explicitly requested something (e.g. a quote), the basis is contract performance.

How long I keep your data

Contact form messages are kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry — typically no longer than 12 months, after which they are deleted.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Your information may pass through the following third-party services that process data on my behalf:

• Squarespace, Inc. — website hosting and analytics (USA, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place)
